I got ircd from the following place

But I need some help in configuring IRCD for our local needs.
First is that I don't know how to set up permanent channels on my IRC server
and assign myself as an operator of them.
Next I want to know how to make some Secret channels, and private channels?
And also what's the difference between them?
Anyone can answer?
