If sendmail (mailq is a symlink to sendmail) has been invoked in your
rc files as `sendmail -bd -q 30m' (or similar) to run as a daemon,
then do nothing...  every 30 minutes (in this case) sendmail will try
to run the mail queue again.

To do it manually, try `sendmail -q' (add the -v flag if you want to
watch what happens).

`man sendmail' for more details.
