Hi. I just installed redhat 3.0.3, and I am having trouble with tcp
services from my other machine. I am unable to telnet into this machine.
I have read the hosts.* files, and I am still unable to telnet
correctly. /var/log/secure says "in.telnetd[6382]: refused connect from
192.107.200.6". In hosts.allow I have ALL: ALL, hopefully meaning that I
am not denying any service. Is this correct? hosts.deny does not contain
any restrictions.

Thanks,
Dave Wreski
