Okay Rene, your fix actually did work, the bitypes.h. Some way my
$PPP/pppd/main.c had the lcp.h and ipcp.h includes before the others.
Now I'm not real sure how that happened ;-), but I changed them back
and compiled again, and I am using said ppp connection now. :-)
