Hello all,
I'm getting splinters in my fingers from scratching my head about this...
I have Linus 1.3.77 on a Pentium 133, 64M of RAM, 10baseT into a Farallon
hub serving 12 laptops. Enough of that, I have 2 V.everything modems with
this config when I am dip'd into my ISP.
sl0 192.94.51.228 the gateway address is 198.243.36.253
sl1 192.94.51.229 the gateway address is 198.243.36.253
This is what my ISP gave me as static IP's. When I do a:
route add default gw 198.243.36.253
for sl0 and sl1, I only get packets going out through 192.94.51.228
My /etc/gateways looks like this for default:
net default gateway 204.133.110.1 passive
host 204.133.110.1 gateway 198.243.36.253 active
Do I need to get a different gateway address for each slip connection,
or would that work? Thanks...
