The release points that Olaf is using for his improvements to the NFS
server are:

linux.nrao.edu:/pub/people/okir/nfsd/ (U.S.A.--Virginia)
and
fb0433.mathematik.th-darmstadt.de:/pub/linux/okir/	(Germany)

The latest version that Olaf has put out is 2.2alpha4. Word of new
releases, etc., are usually announced or mentioned on the linux-security
mailing lists, since most of the current work involves security fixes.
