Hallo all,
I don't know if this is the appropriate mailing-list for this kind of
problem, but I wouldn't know what other mailing-list to use.
The problems I have concern setting up a ftp-daemon.
I tried the bsd.ftpd and the wu.ftpd. After compiling and configuring
the inetd.conf. I try to ftp to my own machine.
Logging in works, but when I try to issue a 'ls' command the
following error message appears :
500 'PORT 192,31,139,17,5,182': command not understood.
I'm running kernel 1.2.13 and I recently -tried- to convert my
machine to ELF (I don't know if this can have anything to do with my
problem). I compiled both ftp-daemons under ELF.
If there is anyone who can help me, any help will be greatly
appreciated.
Bas.
