No Problem here. Just transfered a Complete Bunch of files, about 250
MB. It was the ftp-Archiv of RedHat, also a directory containings many
little file as the 3dpixmaps directory. Everything worked fine.
Now it could be important, my gateway from which I did the Transfers
is a little 386DX33 with 8MB Ram. He got the wu-ftp server on it and
get=B4s me transfer average speeds of about 350KB/s over a NE2000 Card,
on my P100 there=B4s a 3c509. So the Problem could be related to high
Speed Connections (Mine is not ;) )...
The Gateway uses 1.3.71, as I like to test kernels before upgrading
this one. The P100 uses 1.3.74 (Withou Problems =B4til now).
Why don=B4t wee show the configurations when we report such things ?
Could be that some drivers interact, no ???
(Just didn=B4t include it, since it take about 4K Compressed+uuencoded
