I will take a look.  I have only tested this driver with kernel 1.3.x; it
may not work with 1.2 any more (and I don't have a system on hand to test
it with).  1.3.71 and later have the new driver included; it may be best
to upgrade to one of those. 

If you *really* want to stick with 1.2.13 and can't live with the old 
driver, I can probably persuade it to work. 

I have cc'd this to linux-net, since it's more relevant there.
