I have said time and time again that I DO GIVE STATIC IPs to those who need
it for incoming traffic. VERY FEW people need that, most of my users barely
understand that there is more to the internet than netscape.. I am trying to
educate them, but it is safe to say way more than half of them will NEVER
get any farther than email and www surfing,, they simply dont need to get
the same IP each time because they dont get incoming ftp/www/etc... thats my
point, why give someone something they dont need, when it is wasteful to do
so...
