new net-tools for 1.3.59

I just downloaded the new net-tools for 1.3.x.. (1.3.6-BETA5).. well I
compiled them.. and now when I run any of them I get stuff like this:

any ideas? (the old 1.2 utils seems to be working ok, I just wanted to
get up to par with the new utils)...
