IP Masquerade, how to?

Can someone point me at some instructions to cause my firewall to
masquerade a 192.168.xx.xx network (eth1) and gateway it onto my IP
network on eth0 (I have 1.3.59).

Does the configuration mean that I need the gateway flag enabled? in an
ideal world I would like to continue using the FTK on all inbound
connections (on eth0) and open out the private network so that I don't
have to put in plug-gw's in for everything.

Dirk
