Internet ISDN Router

Is it possible to configure a Linux box as a router with an internal ISDN
card? I know it is common to have internet connections via external ISDN
routers, but is it actually feasible/possible to use an internal card? The
reason is simple - our ISP's standard account offers only one "proper" IP
address and if I use this up on an external router then I have no IP address
for the actual server. This is no problem for mail, but is someone wants to
log-in to the server for a bit of "transient" ftp then this may cause
problems if I make up an IP address for it's interface with the router!
Has anyone had any experience of the above? Any advice would be welcome!
Many thanks,
