Alan wanted to write a new ioctl for table downloads of firewallrules. I
guess a temporary solution would be a NOSORT flag, which appends all rules
without trying to guess about the sequence.


Personally I still miss the possibility to name the device instead of the
address of the device. Its a great feature of linux networking to be device
related and not adresse related as in bsd.
