My problem is the following : I have a Linux machine (kernel 1.2.13) connected to the Internet and I want it to act as a gateway for our local network (based on Windows NT). I succeded in installing and configuring two network cards with two IP-adresses. The problem is mainly in letting windows 'see' (ie ping) by Linux machine and letting linux 'see' the Windows machine. The Windows machine also runs IPX/SPX could this be a problem ? And if so do I need to change the Ethernet Frame-type or do I scrap IPX/SPX support altogether ? Please Help !
