[Q]Status of IPX

Hallo,
since linux-kernel 1.3.??, program that use ipx stall after some
time. Befor, "cat /proc/net/ipx" always gave 0000000 for the Tx_Queue, now
it counts up and then stops, sometomes at 0000FFFF, sometimes before. I
would be gald to hear some background to that problem.
