Well there is still:

	Quota
	Acct
	Multicast Routing
	Scalable Routing (done to merge - big kudos to ANK)
	Getting/merging the IPX extensions for lware
	NFS root filesystem
	Faster NFS client/caching
	
for 1.4. And preferably cleaning up tcp.c massively.

A 1.2.14 for Christmas might not be a bad idea (with known solid stuff
- kswap, proc security fixes etc).
