Don't confuse X.25 and AX.25!
The names look similar, but they are quite different things...

You may be able to use the SCC driver and some of the LAPB code from
the packet radio stuff as a basis for X.25 implementation, but there is
no equivalent to X.25 PLP in AX.25!
