I am finding that the ipfw program which comes with
nettools-1.3.6-BETA3 (the latest that I've seen) is a bit unforgiving
and inconsistant, and so I would like to work on it if no one else has
or is going to change it significantly.
Who is responsible for it? How do I join in? What are the issues
with keeping it in sync with or borrowing from the BSD firewall code?
