Problems loading miscellaneous networking modules, ELF, kernel 1.3.30

Various networking-related modules do not seem to load properly under kernel
1.3.30. I'm running ELF. I'm not running PCI, which might be the cause of
the problem with the de4x5.o driver, which is fine--but the other two might
possibly be of more interest? I'm listing the unresolved symbols from
`depmod -ae' below.
Patches would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help. :)
