    This is to announce the availability of a version of Mobile-IP for
  Linux which has been developed at the State University of New York
  Binghamton.  This software, the first of its kind for Linux,  supports 
  transparent host mobility across TCP/IP networks.  The software (along 
  with supporting documentation) is available through anonymous ftp from 
  anchor.cs.binghamton.edu (128.226.3.28) in the file 

         pub/Linux-MobileIP/Linux-MobileIP.tar.gz

  If you have any questions or comments regarding the software, please
  follow the guidelines mentioned in mip-doc.ps which is included in the 
  distribution.
