City residence that Evans was known to have frequented, the sheriff said."We're
still searching for the truck, but it's unlicensed," Furlong said, McCune's
car was found Thursday at a nearby apartment complex.Investigators continued
to process evidence at McCune's apartment Saturday, and there was no indication
yet of the weapon or weapons involved in the death."We haven't finished

the details by next week. The letter from Republicans on the Senate Judiciary
Committee marked the latest flare-up in the GOP caucus over the immigration
plan, which has not yet been introduced. Republican negotiators have urged
their colleagues not to pre-judge the proposal, but others are getting frustrated
by the lack of hard details and concern that majority Democrats will
try to "rush" the bill through after it's introduced."We believe it is
critical that the public and the entire Senate body be given adequate
time to read and analyze the contents of any immigration bill put

the four Republican negotiators: Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, Arizona Sen.
John McCain, Arizona Sen. Jeff Flake, and South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham."Because
the president has failed to lead on this matter, your group has
secretly met for months and not consulted with members of the Committee
about major changes to our nation's immigration laws. The time for transparency
has come," they wrote. The lawmakers asked to be briefed by staff
no later than close of business Monday, and asked for a caucus-wide
briefing early next week "so that all members can raise concerns and
questions before the deal is finalized."In response, Rubio, R-Fla., said

month announced longer-term plans to strengthen its U.S.-based missile defenses. The
U.S. military also is considering deploying an intelligence drone at the
Misawa Air Base in northern Japan to step up surveillance of North
Korea, a Japanese Defense Ministry official said Sunday.Three Global Hawk
surveillance planes are deployed on Guam and one of them is being
considered for deployment in Japan, the official said on condition of anonymity
because the official was not authorized to speak about the issue.North Korea
successfully shot a satellite into space in December and conducted its third
nuclear test in February. It has threatened to launch a nuclear attack
on the United States, though many analysts say the North hasn't achieved
the technology to manufacture a miniaturized nuclear warhead that could
fit on a long-range missile capable of hitting the U.S.North Korea also
raised tensions Wednesday when it barred South Koreans and supply trucks
from entering the Kaesong industrial complex, where South Korean companies
have employed thousands of North Korean workers for the past decade.North
Korea is not forcing South Korean managers to leave the factory complex,
and nearly 520 of them remained at Kaesong on Sunday. But the

Square at the Vatican. Francis is the first Jesuit to be elected

Roman Catholic Church. The Rev. Chuck Frederico, one of the priests who
evaluate Jesuit applicants, says he usually heard from five a week, or

on the balcony of St. Peter's Basilica the first Jesuit
to be elected pope. The number of queries jumped to four or five
each day."Some guys who made contact in the past weeks are serious
candidates," said Frederico, vocations director for the region from Maine
to Georgia. "This election of the Holy Father has given them reason
to examine this more fully."Jesuits have only started absorbing the novelty
of one of their own leading the church. Most were so shocked,
they Googled to confirm the connection before they dared to celebrate. Robert
