Hi Net,
I downloading a user-level remote filesystem implementation to
sunsite.unc.edu:/pub/Linux/Incoming/runix100.tgz. Unlike userfs, it needs no
kernel changes to work and is therefore easy to port to other systems. The
distribution compiles under Linux, SunOS 4.x and Solaris 2.x out of the box,
although Solaris port has some bugs that I couldn't get at since gdb 4.14
seams broken under Solaris.
The message is CC:'ed to linux-gcc list, because RUnix uses ELF dynamic
linking to provide remote access and also because it works around some
problems in current ld.so version, so it may be a good test case :)
