The July meeting of Washington DC Linux user group will take place
on Wednesday, July 5, 1995, at 7pm, at the Lippsett auditorium
at NIH (see directions below).
For the past decade, the ISDN networks have been promising to deliver
amazing bandwidth right to people's homes. Now, threatened by new,
fast modems and cable companies talking of delivering Internet via TV
hookups, the telephone companies realized that if they don't deploy
ISDN now, they may never have the chance. Find out about ISDN from
