My linux-driver for the Philips/LMS double-speed cdrom cm206 with cm260
adapter card has been finished. You'll find a patch w.r.t. linux-1.2.2
in
	sunsite.unc.edu/pub/Linux/kernel/patches/cdrom/cm206-0.33.tar.gz

Patches also on 1.2.10, but since 1.2.2 one chunk (MAX_BLKDEV in major.h) 
will fail, but that doesn't matter, as MAX_BLKDEV has been raised to 64.
It includes module support, auto-probing of base port and irq, audio-support
tray locking, multisession support, background pre-fetch in adapter memory, 
and the like.
