I've uploaded the next set of changes. Mostly contributed bug fixes.
IPIP and the Masquerade now compile
AX.25 and NetROM have a lot of bug fixes
Minor source routing fix - it doesnt allow source route via broadcasts any more
Connect() nonblocking fix from Matt Day
Both the 1.2.8->1.3.0 pre networking and the upgrade are in
ftp://ftp.linux.org.uk/pub/tmp
