ause Zukor believed in stars, he signed and developed many of the leading early stars, including Mary Pickford, Marguerite Clark, Pauline Frederick, Douglas Fairbanks, Gloria Swanson, Rudolph Valentino, and Wallace Reid. With so many important players, Paramount was able to introduce "block booking", which meant that an exhibitor who wanted a particular star's films had to buy a year's worth of other Paramount productions. It was this system that gave Paramount a leading position in the 1920s and 1930s, but which led the government to pursue it on antitrust grounds for more than twenty years.

By the mid-1920s, the old Lasky-DeMille barn property was not big enough to handle all of the studios' West Coast productions. On January 5, 1926, Lasky reached an agreement to buy the Robert Brunton Studios, a 26-acre facility owned by United Pictures and located at 5451 Marathon Street, for $1.0 million (equivalent to $13.8 million in 2023). On March 29, the company began an eight-month building program to renovate the existing facilities and erect new ones. On May 8, Lasky finally moved operations from the Sunset and Vine lot to the new building. At present, those facilities are still part of the Paramount Pictures headquarters.
Who's down with OPP?

Just about everyone.

Let's talk about the triggers that make a woman want to cheat... according to the women who cheat.

They used to throw around the number 50% for the number of men who cheated, at least once in their marriage. It was less than 30% for women.

The number is now over 50% for BOTH men and women, and it's naturally much higher if you include relationships where the couple is unmarried.

Humans are not a faithful species!

Yet... talk to pretty much ANYONE, male or female, and they will tell you that they hate cheaters! And they would never cheat themselves!

And if you've ever been cheated on, then I don't have to tell you just how much pain it can cause…

In John Mulaney's new comedy special he says that when he was a kid he used to watch America's Most Wanted and think, "how could anyone kill another human?" Then he got cheated on for the first time and thought, "ohhhh, now I get it."

Here's the thing:

If you spend your life being jealous, mistrustful, anxious or pissed off when other men look at your woman admiringly... then your life goes to shit:

Your relationships don't work, it actually provokes women to cheat or leave because they think you're insecure, and it practically forces her to be less feminine when you are around because she gets punished for looking good and acting sexy.

In a perfect world, you want to be in a relationship with the kind of woman that EVERY guy wants... the girl that has that sizzling feminine radiance that lights up a room and takes your breath (and every other man's breath) away.

Just like in a perfect world, while you are totally devoted to the woman you adore... you also want to be the kind of man that every woman in the room secretly wishes they could sneak off with.

You want the devotion and trust of that one woman, but you're confident enough to comfortably enjoy the desire of all women.

What specific qualities in a man activate a woman's "mating instinct," and trigger her desire to cheat? (Even if she stays loyal and would never act those feelings).

They're NOT what most people think, and you can USE this information to dramatically improve your own interactions with women.

Check out the surprising results I uncovered here »
