[The following information is in the BOGUS.LICENSE.UPDATE file, which has
propagated to most of the BOGUS Distribution mirror sites.]
Some of the Notes files in the BOGUS Distribution contain diffs against
original sources. Since it was never our intention to restrict the
distribution of these patches, we do the following:
1) We hereby place the following Notes files from the BOGUS 1.0 and 1.0.1
distributions under the GNU General Public License:
