Due to some problem with mkdosfs-0.2, and since David Hudson has been
busy with a large rewrite of the utility, I have prepared a stopgap
release, which solves the following problems with mkdosfs-0.2:
* Support for large drives (> 128 Mb) corrected
* Support for 1.2 Mb floppies corrected
* Adds a dummy boot sector with a settable failure message
* Supports volume labels and volume IDs
* Uses DOS 3.3+ superblock format
