I'd like to announce version 0.04 of my Tob scripts (tape oriented backup).
The reason for this update is that I introduced a bug during the previous
release (of 0.02).. shame on me, I accidentally removed a $ sign where I
shouldn't have. If you have a previous version, please get the current one.
All you have to do then is to install a new version of the tob script itself,
your previous volume definitions etc. should still be valid.
I uploaded this version to sunsite and tsx, though I don't know when the
sysops will get around to moving the files to their right places. The relevant
files are:
tob.lsm - LSM entry
tob-0.04.tar.gz - archive with all stuff, plus extensive docs (85K).
Please note that Tob's primary site is still ftp.icce.rug.nl, pub/unix. So if
you'd like a copy real soon, grab one from ftp.icce.rug.nl.
