Hi!,
The Linux STREAMS project (LiS) is stopped (We're all too busy). If you
want STREAMS for Linux you can consider taking the LiS current distribution
(it's not complete and it doesn't work) and continue.
The project status is that there're volunteers for LiS drivers waiting for
a more-or-less working stream head. Although the code for the stream head is
mostly complete there's no such thing.
If you want to develop a stream head you can drop a line to
linux-streams@ordago.uc3m.es.
More information can be found at http://www.uc3m.es/~LiS. There you can
find a link to the ftp site where you can get the sources
(ftp://ordago.uc3m.es/pub/LiS).
Paco.
