This is to announce the release of taper-5.01 which is mainly a bug fix
for taper-5.0. Both the full distribution and patches from 5.0 are
available at the archives. Below is the LSM entry.

Description: This is a tape backup and restore program that provides
a friendly user interface to allow backing/restoring
files to a tape drive. Alternatively, files can be backed
up to archive files. The user interface is similar to
Norton Commander and allows traversal of directories, and
selection of files easily. SCSI drives are supported as are
multiple tape archives. Incremental backups & restores
are handled. Information about all archives made is
stored on the hard disk for easy retrieval about what
has been backed up.
