UUDeview is a package that attempts to replace the standard, but
dumb utilities uuencode and uudecode. Included is a smart multi-
file, multi-part decoder, and an advanced encoding engine capable
of directly mailing and posting files from the command line.
Version 0.4.13, especially in its Unix version, features lots
of improvements over previous versions.
