I am a retired bank officer of the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) in Hong =
Kong.

When I was still working with NBP in Hong Kong, there is a particular bank =
account with a huge sum, and the account was not operated for years. My pos=
ition at that time at the bank, I had the opportunity of seeing several of =
such bank accounts but we noticed that this particular account was inoperat=
ive meaning there was no transaction such as withdrawal or deposit until I =
retired and left the bank.

We made several enquiries in attend to reach the client but to no avail. We=
all concluded that something terrible might have happened to the customer =
because he was an Iraqi-American who does most of business in Iraq but we c=

Then now that I have retired from the bank, I had the feelings that somethi=
ng might be wrong so I made contact to the Iraqi Health Ministry and there =
the Ministry confirmed me of his dead. Further, I was told he was killed wh=
ile driving with his family to Shite Mosque in Anbar in Iraq by suspected t=
errorists.

So recently, I contacted my colleague at the bank to know about account; I =
was told the bank account still remain same. Meanwhile, under the bank poli=
cy, if any account is inoperative for 8 years, the bank will declare it dor=
mant and transfer the funds in the account to government treasury. Then it =
would be very difficult for anyone to claim it.

Now I need someone to contact the bank with vital information by informing =
the bank the account holder=E2=80=99s dead and act as relative of the decea=
sed to lay claim of the account. It is simple; the bank will ask for a pro=
of. Such proofs are the client=E2=80=99s Death Certificate and other docume=
nts relating to the bank account.

Fortunately, I have the Death Certificate from the Iraqi Health Ministry an=
d the bank statement. This will convince the bank of the release to any rel=
ative.

The total amount is $11, 356,000. We will share this money equally and part=
our ways. We will pretend never to meet each other. In fact, when it is ti=
me for the bank to release payment, you will present two separate bank acco=
unts for payments; one would be mine and the other account can be yours. I =
will have my colleague to give me updates about the transaction so I wouldn=
