the Republic of South Africa they are not permitted by law of the Republic=
of South Africa to some certain rights, such as operating bank accounts, i=
nvestment, study and other monetary transaction, thus the reason I am solic=
iting your utmost assistance on their behalf to accept the fund in your ban=
k account as a foreign partner to late Sheikh al- al-Qassam Meshaal. Every =
legal documents for the claim of the fund in your name as the beneficiary w=
