The files mentioned below have been placed in sunsite's Incoming
directory. They are also available from ftp.ardi.com, but that is a
very slow net connect. There is an a.out version available on
ftp.ardi.com that we haven't submitted to sunsite. We can do that if
there's demand for it.

1.99p has many bug fixes that enable programs to work better under
Executor than they did previously. In addition, 1.99p is the first
experimental version of Executor/Linux with any of these features: ELF
binaries, SVGAlib binary and a "-system 7" command line swithc, which
allows *some* programs that require System 7 to work.

1.99p also has some support for foreign keyboards, although it appears
not to be particularly useful quite yet. We're listening to our
foreign users and trying to make it more useful though.

If you have a video card that SVGAlib knows how to linearly map, then
Executor is fast enough on a 66 MHz '486 or higher to play various
shoot-em-up style games, like Solarian II (Galaga-ish), Apeiron
(Centipede-like), Maelstrom (Astroids-inspired, although there's a
Linux port of this game already). Marathon "limps", but my
understanding is the game is not yet playable.
