I have built an shared ELF version of the libtiff stuff. I can't seem to
find an ELF version anywhere so I decided to build my own copy. I tested
it with xv and xpaint but YMMV

Here's the LSM entry:

=========================================================================
Begin3
Title:          libtiff
Version:        3.3
Entered-date:   10/02/95
Description: An shared binary (ELF) build of Sam Leffler's TIFF library
                This is my first try at building an ELF shared library.
                So I would be interested in hearing if it works...
