Dzhokhar Tsarnaev (r.) was photographed in New York's Times Square last
year with two of the latest suspects in the Boston Marathon bombing
investigation, Azamat Tazhayakov (l.) and Dias Kadyrbayev (c.).Three additional
suspects were taken into custody in the Boston Marathon bombing case, the
Boston Police Department tells FoxNews.com.Police would not confirm when
the suspects were taken into custody, and referred further questions to
the FBI.Prior to the latest development, authorities had named only brothers
Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev as suspects in the April 15 bombing at
the finish line of the world famous race. Two of Dzhokhar Tsarnaevs former
UMass-Dartmouth classmates, Dias Kadyrbayev and Azamat Tazhayakov, are from
Kazakhstan and faced an immigration hearing this morning, sources said.
Sources told Fox News they face obstruction charges in connection with the
bombing. The identity of the third suspect is unclear. Kadyrbayev and Tazhayakov
are suspected of taking computers and other equipment from Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's
apartment and trying to dispose of it after the bombings, sources told
Fox News.Kadyrbayev's attorney Robert Stahl says his client will be transported
to the federal courthouse later Wednesday to appear on new criminal charges.
On Friday, Yerlan Kubashev with the Consulate General for Kazakhstan in
New York confirmed in a statement to Fox News that the consulate
is helping the young men with legal representation.Kub
ChevroletYou might think that installing a charging station for plug-in
electric cars shouldn't be that complicated. It's essentially an electric
appliance. But in the city of Watertown, New York, City Attorney Robert J.
Slye recently determined that installing charging stations in a municipal
parking lot would be nothing less than unconstitutional. The New York State
Constitution, he noted, says that municipalities shall not "give or loan
any money or property to or in aid of any individual, corporation
or association, or private undertaking. And the New York State comptroller
rendered the same opinion to City Hall in Ogdensburg, New York, as
well.Similarly, charging stations announced for the city of Rochester and
towns in Westchester County are not planned for municipal properties. For
the moment, it appears that no electric-car charging station will go onto
municipal property in New York State unless users can be charged for
the electricity. That won't be that hard.Various companies (among them ChargePoint
and Blink) provide payment mechanisms to cover the cost of using electric-car
charging stations. They may even return a profit to the municipal body.Under
a New York State Energy Research & Development Authority initiative announced
last June that was to fund Watertown's charging stations, drivers who charged
up their cars would have done so for free.National Grid, the local
electric utility, is seeking about 70 municipalities within its

<p style="font-size:xx-small;">President Obama intends to nominate veteran Rep. Melvin Watt to head the
Federal Housing Finance Agency, the government regulator that oversees lending
giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and he has chosen a former
cable and wireless industry lobbyist to head the Federal Communications
Commission, according to White House officials. If confirmed by the Senate
for the FHFA post, Watt, a North Carolina Democrat who has been
in Congress for 20 years, would replace Edward DeMarco, an appointee of
President George W. Bush, who has been a target of housing advocates,
liberal groups and Democratic lawmakers. Also on Wednesday, Obama plans to
nominate Tom Wheeler, one of his top campaign fundraisers, as the country's
top telecommunications regulator. He is expected to name FCC Commissioner
Mignon Clyburn to serve as acting chairwoman while Wheeler awaits Senate
confirmation.Wheeler raised more than $500,000 for Obama's re-election effort,
according to data provided by the campaign. He also contributed more than
$17,000 combined to Obama's re-election and to several Senate campaigns,
including Virginia Democratic Sen. Tim Kaine's successful effort.Wheeler
is former head of the Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association
and the National Cable Television Association. Since 2005, he has been a
venture capitalist at Core Capital Partners. Wheeler would replace outgoing
chairman Julius Genachowski, who announced in March he would be stepping

MozillaLONDON The maker of one of the Internet's most popular browsers
is taking on one of the world's best known purveyors of surveillance
software. The Mozilla Foundation responsible for the Firefox browser
accuses Britain's Gamma International Ltd. of hijacking the Firefox brand
to camouflage Gamma's electronic espionage products.Researchers have found
several samples of Gamma's FinFisher spy software disguised as a Firefox
file, apparently in an effort to fool computer users into believing the
virus is harmless.Mozilla says in a statement that it has formally demanded
Gamma end the practice, which it calls abusive.Gamma, based in the English
town of Andover, has recently found itself in the spotlight over the
surveillance software it markets to governments and law enforcement.Gamma
did not return emails seeking comment Wednesday.
