There's been some discussion on de.alt.admin about the desirability of a
Linux kernel patches newsgroup under de.*. The consensus was that such
a group was needed (linux.* doesn't have good propagation in Germany at
all, and getting them via mail would increase transatlantic cost too
much).
I have just sent out a newgroup for de.alt.sources.linux.patches
(moderated). No submissions will be accepted; this group is solely for
Linux kernel patches.
