reneged on a deal to provide banners for towns in the area.East
Rutherford had even installed the brackets [to hoist the banners], but they
were simply never delivered," Simoncini said. "The town wasnt even contacted
about them not showing up.Theyve [NFL] embittered a region, he said. This
is a culture clash and unfortunately, sometimes people just cant get along.Even
without help from the NFL, East Rutherford is doing what it can
to cash in on a once in a lifetime event. With tailgating
outside of MetLife Stadiumbanned, the town's block party will offer the
closest pre-game festivities.Casella took it upon himself to have a sign

the Home of the Super Bowl. The NFL responded to FoxNews.com queries with
a statement outlining its policy about towns like East Rutherford and what
it is presumably allowed to refer to as "the really big game.""In
order to best control the use of our [trade]marks in connection with
the Super Bowl, we do not allow host cities to use the
Super Bowl marks for commercial purposes (e.g. sponsored SB events, parties),"

conflicts."Organizers for East Rutherford's party say they don't need the
NFL's permission to put on a party. At the end of the day,
the event will be a success, Simoncini boaste
FITCHBURG, Mass. A Massachusetts teacher's aide briefly placed on leave
when the school district found out about her second career as a
lingerie model says she thinks she's a good example for her students. In
her first public statements, 23-year-old Kaitlin Pearson said in broadcast
interviews that she's a college graduate who got good grades. She says she
her special needs students at a Fitchburg elementary school didn't know
about her second career, and they wouldn't care because they are more
interested in dinosaurs. She thanked her family for their support during
the ordeal. She also thanked the person who anonymously sent a package
of racy photos to the school superintendent, prompting her paid leave, because
it has given her positive publicity. She was reinstated this week. She says
she loves both careers.

she passed out, she'd run out of the pills she'd been using
for anxiety. After testing her blood and urine, staffers administered another
drug that, like Xanax, is in the benzodiazepine family."Almost immediately,
I stopped shaking and felt totally normal," Jenna said. "It was as
though nothing had ever happened. Nobody there told me, but I put
it together: I'd been in withdrawal. I was dependent on Xanax."Jenna had
first gotten a prescription eight years earlier when she was a student
and saw a doctor, complaining of insomnia. After discussing her problem,
"he decided I was anxious," she said. "I had a busier life
than some, but I didn't think I was especially anxious. He told
me there was this great drug I could take. He prescribed a
milligram per day of the generic form."At first, she loved it."It was
amazing," she said. "I could sleep anywhere, on the spot."A few months
later, though, her insomnia returned, along with a new sense of nervousness
that struck between pills. Over the next couple of years, her doctor
upped the dosage until it reached 6 mg per day, an unusually
high level.Jenna's experienceextreme as it isshows that this drug, which
more and more women today are using, may carry severe risks."Dependence
on benzodiazepines like Xanax is a serious problem, especially among young
women," said Harris Stratyner, cochairman of the medical scientific subcommittee

SALT LAKE CITY Parents say about 50 elementary students in Salt
Lake City had their school lunches thrown out because money was owed
on their food accounts. The lunches costing about $3 were taken from the
children on Tuesday as they arrived at a pay station after cafeteria
workers had given them the food.Parent Erica Lukes said the action was
humiliating and demoralizing for students. The Salt Lake City School District
said the move came after it realized a lot of students at
Uintah (Yoo-IN-tah) Elementary owed money for previous lunches.District
spokesman Jason Olsen said cafeteria servers were not able to see who
was in debt until lunches had already been given to students in
line.He said the lunches were thrown out because they couldn't be served
to another student. Students whose lunches were taken away were given fruit
and milk.
