This April 1, 2011 photo shows activist Ahmed Douma chanting slogans during
a march to Tahrir Square demanding prosecution of members of former President
Hosni Mubarak's regime in Cairo, Egypt. An Egyptian prosecutor says prominent
Douma was arrested and referred to a speedy trial for insulting the
countrys president in comments he made on TV, in the first such
case. Prosecutor Mohammed Tanikhi said Thursday, May 2, 2013 that Doumas
trial begins Sunday. He was arrested Tuesday after a Muslim Brotherhood
member complained that Douma called Morsi a killer and a criminal, blaming
him for a violent security crackdown on protesters in the coastal city
of Port Said that left 40 people killed. (AP Photo/Sarah Carr)The Associated

Pr
nservatorship, one court expert told
FOX411's Pop Tarts column earlier this week that there is nothing like
that in the works for Bynes."There are two main standards that courts
look at as far as conservatorships. The first is the person a
danger to themselves -- Spears was and demonstrated that often -- and
the second is whether the person a danger to society. Britney Spears
was, and to her two children as well," legal consultant and alternative
sentencing expert Wendy Feldman. "Amanda seems to have a serious mental
illness, but that does not meet the standard in court. There is
no record of suicide attempts or drug overdoses."At least for now.

<p style="font-size:xx-small;">When the alleged Boston Marathon bomber was told by one of his
friends that he resembled one of the suspects in the widely released
surveillance video, he sent a chilling response: Lol, you better not text
me, an affidavit unsealed Wednesday said. The brief interaction between bombing
suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and his friend Dias Kadyrbayev occurred three
days after the April 15 bombing, the affidavit said. Kadyrbayev was among
three others charged Wednesday for allegedly conspiring to get rid of Dzhokhar
Tsarnaevs incriminating backpack filled with gutted fireworks. He also texted
Kadyrbayev to say, "Come to my room and take whatever you want,"
according to the affidavit."Kadyrbayev knew when he saw the empty fireworks
that Tsarnaev was involved in the marathon bombing," the affidavit reads.
"Kadyrbayev decided to remove the backpack from the room in order to
help his friend Tsarnaev avoid trouble."The exchange came just a few hours
before the Tsarnaev brothers would carjack a Chinese immigrant, murder an
MIT police officer and engage in a wild shootout with police through
the streets of Cambridge and Watertown, police say. Tamerlan Tsarnaev died
April 19, after a shootout hours after authorities showed the brothers on
surveillance video and named them as suspects.Documents based on interviews
with the young men reveal Dzhokhar Tsarnaev allegedly dropped sinister hints
before the attack, telling his friends a month before that he had

far from adequate and an individual found guilty is given a slap
on the wrist and then they say 'OK. Give me my horn
back,'" said Michael H. Knight, chairman of the African Rhino Specialist
Group of the International Union for the Conservation of Nature's Species
Survival Commission.A meeting of the group in February reported there might,
possibly, be one white rhino left in Mozambique and no black rhinos
at all, Knight said.According to Abacar: "We have already announced the
extinction of the rhino population in Limpopo National Park."But Bartolomeu
Soto, director of Mozambique's transfrontier conservation unit, told the
AP "We believe we still have rhinos, though we don't know how
many."Mozambican news reports have said the last 15 rhinos in the park
were slaughtered in the past month, but park officials said those reports
were wrong. Soto said the misunderstanding had arisen over Abacar's statement
to journalists that he had not seen a rhino in the three
months since he was put in charge of the large park. The only
official figure available for rhino deaths is that 17 rhino carcasses were
found in the park in 2010, Soto said. He said officials believe
poaching must be taking place because rhino horn and elephant tusks carried
by Asian smugglers are regularly seized at Mozambique's ports, although
at least some of the contraband could be from animals killed by
Mozambican poachers in neighboring South Afri
