rn and trn and PAGER

Oops...let me rephrase:
 
I think rn and trn should be recompiled to use the PAGER environment
variable if it is defined, and then use its default (/usr/athena/bin/more
or whatever) if PAGER is not defined.  As it is now, I can't use rn and
trn on machines which don't have /usr/athena/bin/more.
