Hello there.

The first thing to do is to look at the olc stock answers:

  athena% olc answers

then choose:

                 3* C Answers

In particular, look at:

                 3  What C COMPILERS are available
                20  Calling C from FORTRAN
                21  Linking FORTRAN routines with C
