The version of idraw sitting in the sipb locker is _very_ old ('89?) and
has a lot of bugs (specifically with grids wandering). Newer versions
based on interviews 3.1 exist, and have been compiled (by someone) in
/afs/athena.mit.edu/contrib/iv/installed/bin/MIPSEL|IBMr2|SUN4.
It would be nice to have these installed in sipb.
