I type this, laughing hysterically, on steve:
1) You forgot "Have a nice day." which should follow the "Thank you."
2) The word "should" in the penultimate sentence is misspelled.
3) Please add, "Complaints about upgrading SIPB hardware should be
directed to jis@mit.edu."

The IBM RT/PC was desupported a while ago. If you still have one, consider
getting it replaced. Consider throwing it off of a building somewhere.
Consider using a different type of machine.
