I have been having a lot of trouble using rn over dialup. About half
the time I try to initiate it the thing just seems to hang. After
I finally get tired of waiting for 10 minutes for it to start I kill
it with control c. I get a message like:
Bye Bye
caught an internal error .newsrc file restored.
Any idea what is wrong? Once in a while the same thing happens when
it runs across a 'bogus newsgroup' (what is that anyway) on start
up.
Also, how does one start a new news group?
