I've removed the symlinks in the sipb locker that pointed to
sipb-cruft, moved the remaining two (untested by me) binaries from
sipb-cruft to outland, and tomorrow (after the changes to project.sipb
propogate) I'll remove project.sipb-cruft. If anyone complains about
xdla, xfish, xfroot, xneko, or xphoon somehow or other, tell them to
get a life. :-) Seriously, the sipb locker just held sylinks to
sipb-cruft, which were just pointers to a shell script that said
`these are in outland now', except for two xphoon binaries that are in
outland now.
