[4172] in SIPB bug reports
strfile (part of fortune) does not exist for DecStations

I sent in a bug report about this about a month ago, but...
It seems that:
/mit/sipb/src/@sys/fortune
does not exist for the DecStations. Consequently, one cannot access the
strfile
program to update fortune.dat files from Decs, and seeing that these are the
most common machine on campus it gets kind of annyoing. Could you please
build the correct tree. Thanx.
