I am not able to repeat this bug. Please either describe the exact
method you used to produce the core dump, or tell me where the core
dump is that you got. Since it is possible that this bug may not
occur with every NEWSRC file, I'd like a copy of the .newsrc file used
when the bug was seen. If that is not possible, please provide some
pointers to one or two of the "several" bug reports you are talking
about.
Meanwhile, I will read some more news with xrn to see if it loses.
