It would be nice if SIPB tcsh were built for the sun, it would prevent me
from losing this way.
Also, the SIPB can't claim to have a shell consistant accross all
platforms until this is done.

It is a difference of opi>nion.
The hacked cornell tcsh used on the sun and rs/6k
looks for a .cshrc th>en a .tcshrc if it finds the .cshrc it
will not run the .tcshrc.
